This thread is going to be some kind of notes of my bookish excursions. It probably has nothing to do with any of you. It may not even have anything to do with me. Currently I am reading J. M. Roberts' A Short History Of The World. A boring one to many of you but ask me if I care. I have his highly- regarded History Of The World as well. But I like shorter ones. I am not even sure
