My Angel
Not meeting with the eyes
your courage flys over seven seas
first of the first times
I think of what time does to us
first of the first times
I look into generations
my angel
you were sent to me tonight
awaken my awakening
soften my softening
dance on my nerves
inviting all my senses
to be in a party I have never known
and always been waiting
we met before our blood had flowed
we met before our breath was breathed
kneel on my knees
tears wash out the sky
all babies are growing up
let me be a baby
let me be a baby again

You may want to wait till you have your own child to get a real taste of this feeling. :) Nice try though. The last paragrah is too weak, what about this -
I kneel by your side
my tears make your sweet face blurry
all babies will grow up
you are my innocence lost

I think "you are my innocence lost" is very cool.
I had a two hour phone chat with my nephew couple days ago. It turned out to be the most sophisticated conversation I've had for a while. My nephew is a teenage boy who lives in china. I felt inspired by him.
