Thanks you, Maya, for the info. Having little to do last night, I went to Barnes & Nobles, sat down in a sofa with the book, and finished it in one sitting, literally.
It is a fascinating little book. Even though about 250 pages, most pages are about half filled with words, each page a chapter, sometimes a chapter is just a sentence. The language is very poetic, very fitting for the dream world. It starts innocent enough to pass as a children's book, but very soon it becomes quite erotic, and violent in places.
