First of all, there is NOT such a ȵ that I am aware of. If those who frequent this cafe has certain consensus over certain issues, and if Maya agrees, then it should be published to make all visitors aware. In absence of such a guideline or regulation, the internet etiquette applies. As a high brow online forum, the owner should have confidence in its visitors capability in self-regulating what's proper and what's not. (I am sure a lot of people asked about the different functions of the "cafe" vs "cafe lite" when the latter came into being.)
Second, if certain post offends you(anybody), you do have the option of ignoring it. It's not like somebody is forcefeeding something you don't like down your throat. Does everybody has to run a poll and get, say 95% approval rating before he/she can start a thread or do a follow-up post? Cafe is an online forum, not a sanctuary from the real world. What's more, you also have the benefit of voicing your opinions about something you don't agree. Imagine what Cafe would be like if everybody speaks the same tone and holds the same thoughts.
Last, this proposed approach would turn Cafe into something similar to WXC, with personal ר's and small group discussions . Is that really a good idea? Does the volume of post here justify the technical endeavors?
My 2 quick cents. Any comments or thoughts are welcome.
