Something is missing in this picture, guess what?

This is just another urban legend, net hoax.
It began circulating on the Internet shortly after the U.S. presidential election of 2004......the numbers in the "Average IQ" column were fabricated. No such data exists.
Will whatever missing in this picture make it euthentic ?

2008 SAT scores
Published by College Board
Connecticut: 1535 (36,085 test takers)
New York: 1473 (160,875 test takers)
Ohio: 1599 (32,723 test takers)
Mississippi 1696 (937 test takers)
National average 1511 (1,518,859 test takers)

- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/17/2008

- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/17/2008
2007-2008 PSAT scores
NY: 134
CT: 141
OH: 145
MS: 140
Highest possible score: 240
National merit scholars: >220
- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/17/2008

- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/17/2008
- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/17/2008
This may not be right.
In Minnesota, 4,970 sophomores and 22,384 juniors took the PSAT during 2007-08. The sum is less than half of seniors in the same year.

I was more or less joking. In fact, the standard deviation is about 20%. Therefore, there is hardly any difference between the means.

:-) - Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/18/2008
- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/18/2008

- posted on 09/18/2008

- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/19/2008

A compromised number, the average of the two, $2.6M, would be a good bipartisan definition. :)

Who have higher IQ? Blue or Red?
With America facing historic debt, multiple war fronts, stumbling health care, a weakened dollar, all-time high prison population, skyrocketing Federal spending, mortgage crises, bank foreclosures, etc. etc., this is an unusually critical election year. The idea of “leadership” must be broadened from mere “experience” to include knowledge, learnedness and insight.
Let's look at the educational background of your two options:
Obama:
Occidental College - Two years.
Columbia University - B.A. political science with a specialization in international relations.
Harvard - Juris Doctor (J.D.) Magna Cum Laude
& Biden:
University of Delaware - B.A. in history and B.A. in political science.
Syracuse University College of Law - Juris Doctor (J.D.)
vs.
McCain:
United States Naval Academy - Class rank 894 of 899
& Palin:
Hawaii Pacific University - 1 semester
North Idaho College - 2 semesters - general study
University of Idaho - 2 semesters - journalism
Matanuska-Susitna College - 1 semester
University of Idaho - 3 semesters - B.A. in journalism
The answer is......
- Re: All about IQ?posted on 09/19/2008
You score-mania people, is the higher academic score/rank even more critical than higher gas prices? :))
Don't forget one of the greatest leaders of all time, Mr. Bonaparte, also graduated 42 out of 48 in his class. - posted on 09/19/2008
I didn't attend any of those schools. :(
come on, July, you can do better than this.

Low IQ causes high gas price, don't you get it? :-)
I believe in IQ, sorry... :-)

This is why you can't be the president :-)
Again, high IQ doesn't mean much, but a good leader needs to have high IQ, I don't think I did anything wrong here. For me, it is very obvious.
