Fire and Ice
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great 其破坏力足以
And would suffice.

- posted on 02/05/2010
It is easy that you judge others; but it is not that simple. Many persons are blind, not because they are immoral, but because they are blinded by their world views. For example, some persons view Liu Xiaobo as an enemy of "China" no matter what "China" really is. They view the government as "our" government no matter what those in power in that government really do.
It is really cheap to judge others who didn't actively do evil but were only blind. They are blind. They deserve your pity, not your blame.
It is not that simple either. There two kinds of blind persons: those who do not know that they are blind; and those who know that they are blind but just refuse to overcome their blindness. I feel deep sympathy on the former, and feel utter despise on the latter. Most persons belong to the former; some belong to the latter. I'm not good enough to feel sympathy on the latter. If I'm good enough, I would not have said a word on this. Wise are those who can keep their silence. Now that I have improved myself while writing this, I disappear into the void forever.

This is 裹尸布's last requiem. Only it will never disappear into the void but resurrect into its many stinky incarnations. ;-)
