Iris?
JOSE LUIS PERALES - LA PRIMERA VEZ

tenía frente a ella
aquél sillón vacío
era probablemente la primera vez
se fue apagando el fuego
en un silencio blanco
el sol besó su frente y despertó.
Quién le habría robado su corazón
Quién le habría mimado
Dónde habría pasado la noche
Quién le habría besado
Quién le habrá preparado hoy el café
Quién le habrá despertado
Quién habrá acariciado su espalda
Quién le habrá amado.
La ma?ana empezó y en el reloj
eran casi las diez
ella escuchó sus pasos
subiendo la escalera
y se vistió de orgullo
para no llorar,
él se quedó en silencio,
él la miró a los ojos
Acaricio sus manos,
la conquistó.
Quién le habría robado su corazón
Quién le habría mimado
Dónde habría pasado la noche
Quién le habría besado
Quien le habrá preparado hoy el café
Quien le habrá despertado
Quien habrá acariciado su espalda
Quien le habrá amado.
第五幅给玛雅, 是一个rusty hand made Iron gate, 铁门有着很spiky and wimsical 的图案,和洁白的delicate 的花有一种contrast and harmony.

还有Maya, 没生气吧,那个不是说你rusty 哈, 是wimsical , free style, full of contrast, hard edgy and delicate all in the same time。

- posted on 04/29/2010
The hybrid hellebore may have unexpected and surprising offsprings, but it is how life becomes more alive -- for maya.
As wild as this honeysukle goes, the presence of its purity is striking -- for xw.
Even though this azalea is hiding away, its sizzling passion can still be felt -- for woa.

rzp 的flowers so match for the person intented。
I HIDE myself within my flower,
That wearing on your breast,
You, unsuspecting, wear me too—
And angels know the rest.
I hide myself within my flower,
That, fading from your vase,
You, unsuspecting, feel for me
Almost a loneliness.

THE TULIP - She slept beneath a tree
She slept beneath a tree
Remembered but by me.
I touched her cradle mute;
She recognized the foot,
Put on her carmine suit, --
And see! - posted on 04/29/2010
WE should not mind so small a flower
WE should not mind so small a flower,
Except it quiet bring
Our little garden that we lost
Back to the lawn again.
So spicy her Carnations red,
So drunken reel her Bees,
So silver steal a hundred Flutes
From out a hundred trees,
That whoso sees this little flower,
By faith may clear behold
The Bobolinks around the throne,
And Dandelions gold.
PURPLE CLOVER - There is a flower that bees prefer
There is a flower that bees prefer,
And butterflies desire;
To gain the purple democrat
The humming-birds aspire.
And whatsoever insect pass,
A honey bears away
Proportioned to his several dearth
And her capacity.
Her face is rounder than the moon,
And ruddier than the gown
Of orchis in the pasture,
Or rhododendron worn.
She doth not wait for June;
Before the world is green
Her sturdy little countenance
Against the wind is seen,
Contending with the grass,
Near kinsman to herself,
For privilege of sod and sun,
Sweet litigants for life.
And when the hills are full,
And newer fashions blow,
Doth not retract a single spice
For pang of jealousy.
Her public is the noon,
Her providence the sun,
Her progress by the bee proclaimed
In sovereign, swerveless tune.
The bravest of the host,
Surrendering the last,
Nor even of defeat aware
When cancelled by the frost.
MY ROSE - Pigmy seraphs gone astray
Pigmy seraphs gone astray,
Velvet people from Vevay,
Belles from some lost summer day,
Bees' exclusive coterie.
Paris could not lay the fold
Belted down with emerald;
Venice could not show a cheek
Of a tint so lustrous meek.
Never such an ambuscade
As of brier and leaf displayed
For my little damask maid.
I had rather wear her grace
Than an earl's distinguished face;
I had rather dwell like her
Than be Duke of Exeter
Royalty enough for me
To subdue the bumble-bee!
A ROSE - A sepal, petal, and a thorn
A sepal, petal, and a thorn
Upon a common summer's morn,
A flash of dew, a bee or two,
A breeze
A caper in the trees, --
And I'm a rose!

X. The Sleeping Flowers.
"Whose are the little beds," I asked,
"Which in the valleys lie?"
Some shook their heads, and others smiled,
And no one made reply.
"Perhaps they did not hear," I said;
"I will inquire again.
Whose are the beds, the tiny beds
So thick upon the plain?"
"'T is daisy in the shortest;
A little farther on,
Nearest the door to wake the first,
Little leontodon.
"'T is iris, sir, and aster,
Anemone and bell,
Batschia in the blanket red,
And chubby daffodil."
Meanwhile at many cradles
Her busy foot she plied,
Humming the quaintest lullaby
That ever rocked a child.
"Hush! Epigea wakens! --
The crocus stirs her lids,
Rhodora's cheek is crimson, --
She's dreaming of the woods."
Then, turning from them, reverent,
"Their bed-time 't is," she said;
"The bumble-bees will wake them
When April woods are red."
-------------------
THE GRASS.
The grass so little has to do, --
A sphere of simple green,
With only butterflies to brood,
And bees to entertain,
And stir all day to pretty tunes
The breezes fetch along,
And hold the sunshine in its lap
And bow to everything;
And thread the dews all night, like pearls,
And make itself so fine, --
A duchess were too common
For such a noticing.
And even when it dies, to pass
In odors so divine,
As lowly spices gone to sleep,
Or amulets of pine.
And then to dwell in sovereign barns,
And dream the days away, --
The grass so little has to do,
I wish I were the hay!
