Items

I Concur (Signature)

1.  Bed room:

No recycles and food trash are allowed to be stored in the
bedroom.

Personal belongings in the bedroom should be arranged
orderly such that  the room can be
decently presented to a visitor. The sight of the bedroom should not be such
that it can be labeled as ¡°inhabitable¡± by health authorities, such as in a
hoarder¡¯s situation. The reason for this is that my home insurance has an
inspection policy.

Bedroom should be free of bad odor as a result of food
residue, unwashed clothes and sheets and controllable biological factors .
Bedroom must be regularly ventilated when tenant is at home. Weekly
maintenance is a must.

Bedroom must not be used as dining room except for light
refreshments and drinks. Any food scraps and spilling must be immediately
cleaned.

2.  Bathroom:

Save the cold clean water in the red tank. Save any grey
water in the bucket. Flush toilet with grey water or saved clean water. Take
care when pouring water into the toilet to avoid splitting. Clear floor of
any water when there is a spilling. When there is excessive
spilling/flooding, use towel to soak up the water on the floor, lift the
heating vent and use sponge or towel to dry the water that has flowed into
the vent socket.

Weekly cleaning: take turns with other occupant to
thoroughly clean the bathroom floor, vanity counter, mirror.

Clean as you use: wipe shower door, bathtub and bathtub walls
after shower, using the small mop.

3. Kitchen:

Do not overstore food. Check refrigerator weekly to clear
bad grocery. Label your grocery if it is the same as other occupant¡¯s.
Arrange food items neatly to make room. Clean any dripping immediately.

Soaking unwashed dishes in the sink should not exceed 12
hours. Keep kitchen counter clean and dry. Catch grey water and pour it into
the bucket or take out to water plants.

Water boiling: boil the amount you drink. See energy
saving instruction from Garden Center on the fridge door.

Food trash should be put outside the house in the blue
trash bin.

4. Trash removal:

If you prefer to remove your own trash, put them outside
the house and then take with you when you leave. Do not leave your bag
overnight. It is unsightly and attract animals.

5. Yard: if you need to collect recycles to make some money,
store your recycles in a bag and put the bag on the left side of the house
facing the ocean. Sell them when a bag is full. No other items are allowed
except your transportation

6. Security:

Fire, water damage and illegal entry should be guarded
against. Take all the common sense measures to prevent them. Double check
appliances when not using them and secure door and windows when leaving.

Emergency
shutdown: read the instructions on the bulletin board.

7. Home entertainment:

Tenant should use own equipments for home entertainment.
Home entertainment should not be disturbing and should be energy moderate.

8. Water usage: save water as much as you can. Follow the
energy saving instructions on the fridge. In rainy season, rain water should
be used where grey water is lacking for flushing toilet.

Do not carry water inside the house with buckets that have
plastic handles, as they may break, causing tipping over of the buckets. Use
the ones with iron wire handles and always check the handles before lifting .

9. Power usage:

Do not have multiple lights on unnecessarily.

9. Review of Bible teaching:

1
Corinthians 14:40

But
all things should be done decently and in order.

Numbers
35:33

You
shall not pollute the land in which you live,
