Well, we Taoists have timeless bodies, so time is irrelevant to our way of living:-) I thought a dream catcher is supposed to catch or filter out nightmares, or only to catch good dreams for the dream catcher owner.
But I can imagine how one feels in a nightmare. Sometimes, it's a feel that you're trapped in a fathomless abyss without no hope of escape. Other times, it's a sensation of paralysis wherein the dreamer is essentially powerless to an horryifying object or event. Still other times it's a juxtaposition of all the impossibly scary events/beings...it's such an inaffable experience that one would seriously question why the dream as a machenism for brain relaxation, or source of human insipration, was implanted there in the first place....
