Let us change the question into a statement:
He does not find fulfillment in not being one but one with the Nature.
I find this double negative difficult to understand. The statement would perhaps make more sense if put in either one of the following two forms:
He finds fulfillment in not being one but one with the Nature.
He does not find fulfillment in being one but one with the Nature.
