Just walked out of the theatre an hour ago, yes it's an art piece that you either love or hate, but I'm unfortunately embarrassed to rightly fall in love with it:))
Comparing to the student life of 90's, I used to feel lucky to have been caught up in 80's, however after watching this movie, my sweet memory looks nothing more than an emotional asylum if laid against that of Princeton of the 60's. Likewise for the regret I used to have about my mom delivering me 20 years too soon into this world, it now turns out to be rather 20 years too late:)) That lost generation is indeed a heartily missed generation in my mind.
Not sure if it is another automatic Oscar nominee, but I'd faithfully cast my vote for this absurd yet equally clever theatrical rendition. A hands-down 4.5/5.
