Hehehe... I love too.
Are you saying that human beings must have a sense of purpose, even though there is no universal purpose? I guess that is a price to pay when the brain of a specis is too evolved.
I always think it is dangerous for ones ambition to exceed ones capability. Lately I realize it is also dangerous for ones capability to exceed ones ambition. When you are on the top, you tend to lose your , while your position/throne is everybody else's , and there is no gracious exit available.
Of course I am not in a position to worry about that now.:-)

Hi MA Huiyuan,
I read LIAO Kang's review (http://archives.cnd.org/HXWK/author/LIAO-Kang/kd070712-3.gb.html) of your book on music and can't wait to get a copy. I found it from a couple of websites in China but I don't trust the security measures of them -- I'm myself a computer programmer specializing in network security. For example, I have hard evidence by personal experience (long story if you like to listen) that dangdang.com is VERY insecure. Tonight I happily found your book on joyo.com, aka amazon.cn, claimed to be Amazon's outlet in China, and thought that should provide some security guarantee. However, my web browser warned me my credit card info will be transmitted in plain text, i.e. not encrypted, when I hit the "pay" button. So much so for my online shopping experience from Chinese retailers. I'm wondering if I can buy a copy from you? I will be happy to send a check to you. I live in Pittsburgh and can be reached by email czang@panasas.com. Thanks for writing a good book (according to LIAO Kang. I don't know him personally. I'm a big fan of his reviews of movies and his writings on language :) Have a good day.
