老子道德經第一章
道可道 非常道
名可名 非常名
無名天地之始 有名萬物之母
故常無 欲以觀其妙
常有 欲以觀其徼
此兩者 同出而異名 同謂之玄
玄之又玄 眾妙之門

Tao.
I want to tell you about it, but what I can say is not it.
I want to give it a name, but any name says something else.
The universe begins with this cannot-name,
From it come all things that can be named.
Therefore, use the no-name concept (e.g., art, music, religion)
to wonder about the whole,
And use the named ideas (e.g., science, philosophy)
to study and communicate the details.
See, these are just the two different angles of the same thing,
Call it nature, force, field, god, or simply,
Tao.

Because he does not possess,

Enjoys all moments with gratitude,

Gibran:Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.
When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart," but rather, I am in the heart of God."
And think not you can direct the course of love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.
Love has no other desire but to fulfil itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;

Let us change the question into a statement:
He does not find fulfillment in not being one but one with the Nature.
I find this double negative difficult to understand. The statement would perhaps make more sense if put in either one of the following two forms:
He finds fulfillment in not being one but one with the Nature.
He does not find fulfillment in being one but one with the Nature.

This is superb work...... really enjoy reading the translation far more than the original “antique” phrases.
Should there be a single word to best portray Christianity, I'd personally vote for FIRE -- to go hand in hand with devotion, aggression and passion etc, whereas WATER fits right into the heart of oriental culture and beliefs like Buddism and Taoism. Here is a quote from Dec 2005 edition, National Geographic, that I often make reference to when offering 101 class to curious Americans on what Buddism is all about:
“Like water, Buddism is still, clear, transparent, and takes the shape and color of the vase into which it's poured.”

Thank you for your feedback. I consider my version as an "interpolation" rather than "translation" of the original text. How I interpolate depends on the events of the day and my mood of the time. You can say that these are projections of the original text on my life and my thoughts at the times of my writing.
