中国人的天性未泯,像汶川地震时,除去党支部摊派的部分,社会上自发的捐助本来就已经非常可观。是社会现状让人无心于慈善事业。谁都知道捐款有百分之几才能真正派上用场,其他的大部分都以各种形式转变成了私有财产。不是他们不捐,是心寒。日常助人为乐的善举,也因为南京法官的恶劣判决,受到极大的影响。前几天还报道,一次交通事故之后,有人好心救助伤员,不忘事先拍照存档,以防自己被反咬一口。但也不是人人都随手带有数字相机,可以精确记录时间,所以晕倒街头无人救助的情况屡屡发生。不是他们不救,是胆寒。 - Re: The World Giving Index: Chinaposted on 09/08/2010
昨天看到报道,盖茨巴菲特去中国开会鼓励中国巨富们捐献,并声言到会者不必捐钱。但还是有巨富们退避。
