Re: 基尔克郭尔的“马赛克”式的自我历史或者生命阶段 | Feb 05 2005- Jimbut, a biography of Kierkegaard just came out recently by Joakim Garff (a Danish theologian), Princeton U. Press, my understanding is that this is the first Kierkegaard's biography (written in Danish and translated by Bruce Kirmmse to English), maybe you should translate it and introduce Kierkegaard to the Chinese world in more detail.
What interested me the most when reading the review of the book are these remarks: "Whereas other philosophers glimpsed an enemy of reason in our emotions, Kierkegaard held that it is in feeling-states that we grasp the fact of our absolute freedom." In other words, the state of freedom may never be reached by reason, but by feelings/emotions. Thus, it's no wonder why Kierkegaard in the end turned to the Christianity faith.
