Reaching out to evangelical voters, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is announcing plans to expand President Bush's program steering federal social service dollars to religious groups and — in a move sure to cause controversy — support some ability to hire and fire based on faith.
Vow. This goes beyond what Bush did.
I truely don't know who this guy is now. But I'm sure one thing he believes in: The ends justfy the means. He will do anything including selling his grandmo (whom he labled as a racist) and dumping his godfather (Rev. Wright) to get elected.

the only change that we see is that he keeps changing himself to suit the situation, promising different things to different group of people, even though these promises are not compatible with each other
what a joke.

I stopped watching election news. It's all political prostitution now. I wish it'll be over ASAP. - Re: Obama lastest promise: support faith-based programposted on 07/01/2008
哈哈,政客们总是滥用保罗的教导:Be all things to all men。 - Re: Obama lastest promise: support faith-based programposted on 07/01/2008
This guy feels so insecure about himself (he wrote about this in his books) that he tries to please everyone. Yet, he is willing to dump his grandma and his godfather if that suits him.
In the middle school, he used to boast that he was a African prince and his biological father was a king. However, when his father was invited to come to the school to give a speech, he was so shamed that he buried his face in his hands during the whole speech.
