我想练瑜伽，但是没有耐心研究那些轮子什么的，看了点录像，得出结论：瑜伽就是非常规地扭动你的身体，什么时候觉得到极限了就成了。试了几次，感觉对大脑有好处，因为不寻常的体姿促使大脑感知新的体验。这好比平常天天在城里上班，什么都见惯了，脑子也麻痹了，还容易开车出事故。旅游的时候到野外走走，到国家公园走走，看到新的景物，大脑为之一振。
