／contempt

Really good. When I see contempt between a couple, I just couldn't help wondering how could they stay together. Well, if you hold contempt toward your spouse, how could you bear to sleep with the other one? Even hatred would incite some passion, but contempt is just plain coldness. However, I do see marriages of years and years with contempt sitting right in the middle. Go figure.
