The research methodology and finding seem somewhat far-fetched, flawed and debatable. I doubt very much that a few fairy tales you learnt will shape one's future personality.

中国政府现在正好可以借人民大众的反日情绪在东亚耍耍大国脾气，对周边国家说说不。必须说一句很多的这种反日和爱国情绪缺乏控制和理智。 我记得在中学的时候，我的一个历史老师是从北大下放来的，说历史课本这种东西读不读两可。中国政府的教科书向来片面。尤其是近代当代史，根本不能读。很多历史重要事件都不提。这个历史，our government needs to face it up too.

Interesting. But I have to agree with adagio, the last sentence is somewhat baffling. Overall, your command of English is impressive, but the structure of the story could be better, it is a bit slow on its development, it is a test of patience (hope you don't mind me saying this). :-)

统计数字往往很有趣，72% 很高的一个百分比，但是不知道它的denominator 使用的什么数字：是全部有投票权的成年人，还仅仅是那些registered的投票人？ 我很想知道这个数字的来龙去脉，不知道有没有人知道？
