Chinese government knows this from Japan's lesson and won't do it in the near future. She told me, around 1992, Tang was in Los Angeles to start up his own company. Tang invited a Chinese arts delegation for an artistic show. But he could not sell enough ticket and lost money. After that, he did not do this type of business. Tang tried many businesses including immigration services but he obviously felt hopeless in this direction and finally gave up.
