yes he have a lots of compassions, but as a leader in hightech he is lack of innovation now, For instance, after he defeated the Netscape, IE never be well updated.... and as a hightech comany, he didn't tolerate to the small innovation comanys. Let's see back to the last 10 years, the mothod he treated to such small company is like a despot. Even his windows, the concept also copy from Apple As Jobs said in 1996:" the main proble of mirosoft is they don't have taste, they abusolutely no taste......

觉得他拍摄电影的另一个特点还在于他与演员的关系，他不“用”演员，而让演员“用”他们自己。

四张画分别表达《白桦林》的四段第一段：静静的村庄飘着白的雪, 阴霾的天空下鸽子飞翔, 白桦树刻着那两个名字，他们发誓相爱永久这一生第二段有一天战火烧到了家乡，小伙子拿起枪远赴边疆，心上人你不要为我担心，等着我回来，在那片白桦林。 @天空依然阴，那依然有鸽子在飞翔，谁来证明那些没有墓碑的爱情和生命，雪依然在下，那村庄依然安详，年轻的人们，消失在白桦林。

由意大利导演维斯康蒂(Luchino Visconti)执导，Nicola Bandalucco与导演一同改编自诺贝尔文学奖得主，德国作家托玛斯·曼(Thomas Mann)的同名小说《魂断威尼斯》，是一部结合了电影与文学叙事成就的艺术电影。托玛斯·曼是1929年的诺贝尔奖得主，也是二十世纪德国最伟大的文学家之一，身为一个文学家，托玛斯·曼比一般的作家带有着更多的文艺美学意念，也有着与多数艺术家共通的人格特质，其文学作品，无论是长篇小说，中篇小说或散文，多都是探讨“人性的问题”的观点。而根据小说改编的这部电影，更荣获了1971年戛纳影展的25周年纪念奖。
