But what's most interesting to me is why or how there are so many fans here. This proposed title seems catcing the truth. Many people here only began to enhoy it after becoming an oversea Chinese. Therefore, it becomes a tool for comforting home sick. It becomes a lost love, a love that has never happened before. Now I can see that there are two kinds of people who love it for two ki

- Posted by zxd on 03/16/2007. zxd commented once. Thanks for posting their original text. I feel I can understand Wang better now, and I share qinggang's feeling about Han's usual manner of ³öÑÔ²»Ñ·£¬²»ÕÐÈËϲ»¶, but, as ¸¡Éú said, "ÍõÃɵķ¢ÑÔ¹»¶ºµÄ£¬ÄÇ¿ªÍ·ÔõôÄÇô¡°¶«·ç´µ£¬Õ½¹ÄÀÞ¡±Ñ½£º£©" Hahaha... What I see now is Wang's terrible aging. How terrible and sad aging is! I'm afraid aging means shrinking, and if you didn't grow large enough while young, you would be a dwarf when you are old.
- [RE:] µôÊé´ü×ÓȤ̸Posted by ÊØÍû¹Åµä on 03/12/2007. zxd commented 5 times. My point is not a criticism of Qian or other masters. My point is that our culture only admires such masters but does not give enough respect to those who have original ideas. In my view this is a critical flaw in our great culture. If we only admire great performers (surely they deserve our admiration) but do not admire original thinkers, we tend to be trapped in self pleasure and enjoyment of what has been achieved but fail to make breakthoughs to advance ourselves.

(I mean the recent episode in your life if it is true. I'm not sure because fiction writers sometimes say things that's fictional and I have no way to tell.) Give me an email if you want. This begins to taste just like what I would like to taste in this Cafe. One question. I don't understand the title. Could someone explain it in Chinese or simply turn it into English? Thanks.
- Posted by qinggang on 09/04/2006. zxd commented once.So glad to see that Qing Gang is learning. This may sound condescending but I have to say it. It is so pleasent to see a talent mind figure it out by itself eventually. I don't know how young is Qing Gang and how old is Lin Da, but it seems that history is made in such a that way that it takes time for the young to learn. As long as information is free to go, truth will eventually occur to a talent head.
- Good sketch. One of the best in all the litarary works I've ever read. One question, though. If you make so much money as you say, why do you need to ask Lao Fat for his approval to buy a pair of boots and has to feed him well before you may get it? Sounds like one piece of detail that might not be so truthful but just being made up and added to exagerate and achieve the drama you seek to achieve in your writing, isn' it? Hope you don't mind what I've said.

I think part of our difference came from my literature background and appreciation of greater sympathy as the necessity for a great writer. Each generation has its limitation and great characters of its own. Philosophical analysis of which element of thought is closer to truth or "right" is one thing, and which historical character has merits and is respectful is another. People holding conflicting ideas could be both respectful. In my view from li

I can see now the importance of your work and effort. I mostly agree with you and support your ideas, especially the first part--˼Ïë̽Դ. Congratulate for such thorough analysis! Only one thing I would like to discuss with you further, that is about the so called ¡°Á½Í·Õ桱. I don't know where this term came from, but I think you need to distinguish "earn

The famine was only 45 years ago, and Çà¸Ô is perhaps about 25. That means we already wipe out history within 30 years. That's the problem with a nation. I noticed some dirty language recently appearing in this cafe and I don't like it. (I support Maya to clean up this cafe.) But that's just a problem with a few individuals. Forgetting and intentionally wiping out history is not a problem with a few individuals but a serious probl

- Haha... Ling Hu's joke is very good. I also apprciate the woman's candid monologue, but now I know exctly what kind of women I should not choose as my wife or my son's wife, for our happiness and hers too. But maybe that is just wishful thinking, if all women grew older becoming this type after marriage. Maybe that's why Jia Baoyu in the Dreams of Red Chamber only likes young girls but not older espacially married women. No malice to females. And sincerely wish she and others like her find males who suit th

By the way, my book appears in this conservative superstore, under the subject of China: http://www.philvalentine.com/Subject1.htm So the world is not small and it can go far apart. Anyway, I was amazed by how far it can go either way.
